Visa application file:
- Fill out on the screen the visa application form
- Passport not less than 06 months validity and contains at least two blank opposite pages
- A copy of the passport
- According to the purpose of the visit, one of the following documents:
- Work invitation
- Certificate of accommodation approved in the municipality and a copy of the host ID
- A hotel reservation with the name of the applicant
- Copy of a round trip ticket
- Sponsor's letter approved by the Commerce Chamber
- Two (02) photos
- Payment of visa fees (according to the required period and nationality of the passport)
 
Important
- Applications are submitted at least 07 days prior to departure
- Files must be deposited from 09 am to 12 pm
- Passports are picked up from 12H30 pm to 14H30 pm
